Why Macarthur is different
Two very different jobs in one region. In the growth corridor we work with developers on EV provisioning and new-build solar; in Campbelltown, Ingleburn and Minto it is switchboard upgrades, warehouse solar and retrofit charging for fleets and dealerships.
Timing works differently in the growth corridor. On new estates the electrical provisioning has to be settled while the slab is still being planned, which is much cheaper than retrofitting later. In Campbelltown, Ingleburn and Minto we are doing the retrofit instead, on stock built well before any of this was contemplated.
