Why Sutherland Shire is different
Sutherland Shire homes are largely detached and north-facing roofs are common, which is why residential solar performs well here. On the commercial side the Taren Point and Kirrawee industrial pockets, the Miranda and Cronulla retail strips, and the dealership and service-centre corridor along the Princes Highway make up most of our work.
Being local changes how we work here. Most Shire jobs are within twenty minutes of the office, so site visits happen quickly and we can come back the next day if something needs a second look. Salt exposure near the bay and at Cronulla also affects how we specify enclosures and mounting hardware.
