Solar, battery and EV charging in Inner West
The Inner West is old housing stock and converted industrial buildings, which makes it the most switchboard-heavy area we work in. Terraces with original wiring, warehouse conversions with improvised supply, and a very high appetite for solar, batteries and home EV charging.
Four service lines, adapted to tight sites.

Why Inner West is different
Heritage constraints and tight access shape almost every job here. Roofs are often small, shaded or overlooked by planning controls, so system design matters more than in the suburbs. Commercially, the light-industrial strips through Marrickville, St Peters and Leichhardt are steadily converting to studios, breweries and creative tenancies that need full rewires.
Access is the constraint that decides most Inner West jobs. Narrow streets, no laydown area, shared driveways and neighbours close on both sides mean the install method matters as much as the equipment. Heritage controls in the conservation areas also limit where panels can be seen from the street.

Do you charge a call-out fee to Inner West?
No. The Inner West is inside our standard service area and quotes are free. For terraces we usually want to see the roof and the switchboard on the same visit, since one often determines the other.
How quickly can you get to a job in Inner West?
Maintenance and fault work is usually within a day or two. Installations in conservation areas can take longer because council requirements have to be confirmed before we order equipment.
Do you handle the Ausgrid application?
Yes. Connection, embedded generation and supply upgrade applications to Ausgrid are prepared and lodged by us as part of the job.
Are you licensed and insured for work in Inner West?
Yes. We hold a NSW electrical contractor licence, Clean Energy Council accreditation for solar and battery installation, and full contract works and public liability cover.
NSW and federal incentives apply in the Inner West too.
We assess eligibility and handle the paperwork as part of every quote, commercial and residential.
