EV charging for retail centres, pubs, clubs & hotels
Charging that puts customers on your site for longer. For shopping centres, pubs, clubs, hotels and destination retail across Sydney, chargers are both a revenue line and a reason for drivers to choose your car park over the one down the road.

Why this pays for itself
Charging buys dwell time
Drivers stay for the length of the session. Sites consistently report longer visits and higher spend once chargers go in.
You appear on the map apps
Listed chargers put your centre in the navigation apps drivers search before they leave home.
Revenue or amenity, your call
Charge per kWh, validate against spend, or offer it free to tenants. The tariff is configurable per bay.
What we would specify for your site
We are charger agnostic. Hardware is specified from all major AC and DC brands to suit the site, not a supply agreement.
Indicative specification for design purposes. Confirm final scope with eProjects.

Can we charge customers to use our EV chargers?
Yes. We install chargers with tap-to-pay or app payment, set your tariff, and can list the site on public charging apps so drivers can find and pay for it.
How long does a retail EV charger installation take?
Straightforward AC installs are usually a couple of weeks. DC fast charging in a car park, with civil works and possibly a supply upgrade, typically runs three to four months.
Where should chargers go in a car park?
Visible from the entry, close to the venue, and where cabling runs are practical. Prominence drives usage. Hidden chargers get used far less. We plan bays with your car park layout and any accessibility requirements.
Do EV chargers need their own power supply?
Not necessarily. Many retail sites have spare capacity; DC fast charging is more likely to require an upgrade. We assess supply before specifying hardware.
Federal and State Incentives - Cut the cost of your installation, we handle the rebates.
We assess eligibility and handle the paperwork as part of every quote, commercial and residential.
