What happens to generation during school holidays?
Without storage it exports at the feed-in rate. With a battery, or by shifting flexible load, far more of it is retained. We model both cases so the decision is based on numbers.
Can works be done outside term time?
Yes, and that is our default. Most installations are programmed across term breaks with commissioning before students return.
Is there funding or grant support available?
STCs reduce the capital cost, and various state and federal programs periodically fund school energy projects. We prepare documentation to whatever format the funding body requires.
Can students see the data?
Yes. The monitoring platform provides a live dashboard suitable for display in a foyer or use in class.
